Use the Cultural Center’s official calendar to compare event types and performance details. Listings may cover theatre, music, special events, and programs for younger audiences, so check the individual event information before making plans.

Once you have a performance in mind, note its published start time and confirm the ticket details. The venue recommends arriving early for parking and security screening, so allow time around the listed performance time rather than planning to reach the doors at the last minute.

Tickets are available in person at the Fidelity Bank Box Office, by phone at 570-344-1111, and online at Ticketmaster.com. The box office accepts cash, money orders, Cultural Center gift certificates, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in person and by phone. Checks are accepted with two forms of ID.

Regular box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM; it is closed Sunday. The box office also opens one hour before published performance times, including for evening, weekend, and morning events. Hours and ticket arrangements can change, so check the official site before you go.

Phone orders incur additional per-ticket convenience charges, and service charges paid at purchase are non-refundable. The venue does not offer refunds or exchanges. For performances presented exclusively by the Cultural Center, tickets can be returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the published performance time as a tax-deductible donation equal to the ticket value.

Accessible seating is available at orchestra level in the Weinberg Theatre. There is no elevator access to the mezzanine or balcony, so communicate special seating needs when purchasing tickets.

The Scranton Parking Authority Garage is the venue’s closest public garage, with entrances at 311 N. Washington Avenue, 418 Mulberry Street, and 415 Linden Street. It charges hourly rates, and leaving after an event can take 45–90 minutes. The venue recommends considering street parking or other garages first when available.

Downtown street meters are enforced until 7:00 PM on most business days; street parking is free on weekends. The venue recommends arriving and parking 45–60 minutes before showtime, then being at the exterior doors 30–45 minutes before the performance for security screening.

A drop-off and loading area is available at the entrance, but parking is not permitted there. The venue says it has no designated accessible parking on site. Wallets, wristlets, purses, and clear bags are allowed but subject to inspection; backpacks, large bags, and strollers are prohibited. After passing through security and entering the building, you cannot re-enter.
